About Us

Our love for Ridgebacks started over 10 years ago when we got our first RR.

Dawnie was a liver-nosed girl we brought home to keep Newton, our Lab/Chow company.
It wasn't long before we knew that this was the breed for us.

 After Newton passed away, we decided to get serious and bought our first show RR, Zuli. From the very beginning, we knew Zuli was special. He proved it in the show ring by winning four 4-point majors in four consecutive weekends to complete his championship and a 'Best of Breed' and a 'Best Opposite' to his sister. He then got his Canine Good Citizen and his obedience CD.

Zuli is the total package, he is a big beautiful red dog with lovely movement and an outstanding disposition.

When we moved to Las Vegas we bought the house of my dreams with enough room to add a few more RR’s. So we went about finding the best girls to breed to Zuli. Enter Zelda and Zasha.

Zelda was out of my first litter from a wonderful bitch Avril…Ch Primetimes Anything But Ordinary…. that I had the opportunity to co-breed with June Belchamber of Primetime. Zelda is sired by Mojave…Ch Camelot’s Code Red.

Zasha we bought from Firedance RR’s and is out of Ch Firedances his Amazing Grace and by Ch Spring Valley’s Great Gatsby.

We are very small, and plan to keep it that way. We want to ensure that we have the time to dedicate to each litter. I believe very strongly that not only do you have to start with the best, healthiest dogs you can, but you also must invest the time to raise strong, healthy, well-adjusted puppies.

Once my puppies go to their new homes I make sure that my puppy people know I am here for support. We have weekly socializing/training classes. We plan no more than 1 litter a year. I am a member of the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of the US and I volunteer for Ridgeback Rescue.

Our goal is to produce the best Ridgebacks possible that are a joy to live with.
